Guests visited our school on Monday morning. All students prepared short artistic performance.
Young learners made postcards and sang songs. After
that we visited the SEN students school in the neighbourhood. Guest had
an opportunity compare educational systems and curriculum.
In the afternoon all delegations made short presentations of schools and regions they came from.
Thurkish teachers made Turkish coffee for all participants of the meeting: parents, teachers and other guests.

3rd December
In the morning students and guests took part in some lessons. At noon they were invited to decorate our school Christmas tree). In the afternoon we spent 2h with members of "Zespół Pieśni i Tańca Ziemii Cieszyńskiej" learning two dances: Krakowiak and Jawornicki. Mrs. Karolina Małysz taught us 2 basic steps : Cwał and Hołubiec

Wednesday
was dedicated to visiting Cieszyn, meeting the Mayor of Town Mrs.
Gabriela Staszkiewicz. She made a very warm reception to our guests.
Delegations presented the basic facts about their schools and regions
they came from. Later we had a great chance to see the exhibition in the
Museum of Cieszyn Silesia.
In the afternoon delegations presented old and forgotten games which were played together at school.

5th December
On
Thursday we went to Cracow. First we met our city guide who showed us
the most remarkable and most important icons in the city. He told us
interesting stories and funny jokes. We went along the Kings Road and
finished at the Wawel Castle. After lunch we spent some magic time
underground in Wieliczka.

6th December
Friday
was our regional tour. We started the day in Wisła with workshops in
Beskidzkie Museum. The guide was talking about past times and life years
ago. Then we met a real blacksmith and saw how horseshoes were
produced. Later we took part in a 19th century lesson of reading and
writing. It was really exciting.
After
that we stayed at 'Ochodzita Karczma" for lunch in Koniaków. Our guest
had oportunity to experience cold and windy weather. In the afternoon we
met Mr. Janusz Macoszek in Istebna for workshops on old traditional
instruments and hard life in a cottage without the chimne.

7th December
Saturday was dedicated to a family life for students. They spent the whole day with parents and Polish students.They did a lot of interesting things.
Teachers had a meeting in the morning and then they went to see Prague.
